(CLOSED) GIVEAWAY: Two Copies of Emma Hearst & Sarah Krathen’s Sorella Cookbook ($70 Value)

Behind the kitchen doors of one of the Lower East Side’s best restaurants, Sorella, two heavy-hitting best friends, Emma Hearst and Sarah Krathen, turn out life-changing Northern Italian cuisine. Together, the seemingly unstoppable duo has rocked Manhattan’s culinary climate for five years running, and show no signs of stopping.

Now, the Culinary Institute of America grads have put pen to paper for Sorella’s five-year anniversary, for the release of their new cookbook, Sorella: Recipes, Cocktails & True Stories From Our New York Restaurant.

The swanky hardcover release—which officially hits bookshelves on Oct. 29—encompasses more than 100 recipes from their notable neighborhood joint, from details on how to recreate their house cocktails and savvy wine pairings, to how-tos on their show-stopping, Piedmont-inspired dishes. Spoiler alert: cult-following recipes for their broccoli fritto (fried broccoli) and decadent egg-topped pâté de fegato (liver pâté) are included in these ultra-chic pages.

Lucky for Sorella fanatics, Hearst and Krathen are hitting the road in promotion of their new cookbook, with a Philadelphia stop slated for Thursday, October 24, at Williams-Sonoma (200 S Broad St., Philadelphia). Additional Williams-Sonoma book signings on the calendar include: Chicago’s Lincoln Park shop (1550 N. Fremont Street) on Saturday, October 26; San Francisco’s Union Square store (340 Post St.) on Monday, November 18; and Santa Monica’s hub (1600 Montana Ave.) on Wednesday, November 20. More details on book signings and upcoming appearances here.

But, for those of you unable to attend an upcoming meet-and-greet with these NYC’s food wunderkinder, we’re giving away two cookbooks to our readers!
